We are currently booking 2026 & 2027 wedding dates. For custom timeline curation and planning assistance it is recommended to book 6 months + in advance. We do still take on weddings/elopements with as little as 4 weeks notice as long as your date is still available.

First submit an inquiry through my website or email eternalmomentsbym@gmail.com to find out if your date is still available. If it is, you'll receive current package offerings via email and we'll schedule a call to see if we'd be a good fit. If you decide to move forward (yay!), you'll receive a custom contract and invoice. A non-refundable retainer of $500.00, and a signed contract is required to solidify your wedding date in my calendar. After that you are all set. Pop the champagne, you're getting married!!!

Absolutely! We believe that the location plays a significant role in capturing unique and personalized photographs. Please reach out if you need help finding a location that has everything you're looking for. Your love story is unique therefore your photos should be too. We will travel up to an hour before travel fees will incur.

You will receive a sneak peek of 50-75 images from each part of your special day within the first 72 hours. For the remainder of the gallery standard delivery time varies. Why? Each image is carefully selected, cropped, and put through color correction. Is that uncle Joe directly in the background of your first kiss? Don't worry we have you covered. During the editing process he will be removed. That also goes for any fire alarms, miscellaneous guests, or unwanted items. This is why it takes that long, because we care. These photos are forever, so we refuse to rush!

We choose your second photographer from a select few in-trusted individuals. These photographers have worked with us countless of times and are chosen on an availability basis. I know how they work, and they know how I work. We are a well oiled machine on your wedding day and you will be notified who will be joining Megan a minimum of a month prior to your wedding date.

I consider myself a posed/documentary, true to color photographer. While I aim to capture raw emotion by being a fly on the wall I am not afraid to give direction when needed. For example, when capturing couples portraits I might give minor adjustments or instructions, maybe even help fluff out your dress, or ask you to give the bride a twirl. However, during a majority of your big day I know to just sit back and capture the moment for what it is. Your photography experience is tailored to you and what you want, so don't hesitate to ask questions.
